The bags look great and even include the mounts. In fact I would say they look excellent and the lids and latches work good. No crash damage, not faded, still soft. No missing fringe, studs or conchos. One plastic spacer on the inner edge of the chrome mounts is missing, should be easy to fix. They are used however so there's a very few nicks in the covering, see last pics. I would assume these bags are difficult to come by and the inclusion of the mounting brackets is a huge plus.    Bought a stash of parts and included was this set of Indian OEM black saddlebags. These are the type with no fringe. Fringe can be added to the lower edge of the lids with hook and eye fringe, which I usually have on hand. The bags include the quick release latch kit and instructions. These bags are in great shape, no crash damage, all buckles and latches work fine, all seams are good. Each bag has a very minor tiny nick on the bottom edge, will not cause a problem. This leather replaced the 2014 distressed tan leather that faded badly, this leather will maintain its appearance much better. These bags look almost new, very little use and well taken care of. I see no sign of use on the left bag, it looks like new.    These saddlebags are from a one year model 2001 Gilroy Indian Chief Centennial edition, celebrating 100 years of Indian motorcycles. The bags look great and even include the mounts. In fact I would say they look excellent and the lids and latches work good. No crash damage, not faded, still soft. But there are some mostly hidden flaws: the exhaust melted the vinyl on the bottom of the right side, just the covering. The solid body is not damaged so it's cosmetic only. See before and after pics, I used some wide gorilla duct tape to cover up the flaw. Not sure how long it will last ...
