I see a couple tiny holes on the flap that connects the bags, that the previous owner punched for some kind of securing. I see a lot of bolts and no nuts, so you may need some nuts, FYI. For custom installation I have what's pictured. They call this "rugged leather-grain SaddleHyde". Looks like heavy leather to me, but is probably something else.
