The saddlebag bottom & lid are brand new old stock but picked up some light scratches and scuffs from being stored improperly. They were put together at some point with old used hardware (latch assembly and cover). The latch is pretty worn out and doesn't close properly, needs to be replaced or locked closed. New old dealer stock, there are some minor cosmetic imperfections from being stored improperly. There are very light scratches and scuffs as shown in the photos.
