I have gathered all the parts to allow installation of these factory OEM hard bags on to the soft leather bag or no-bag bikes including 2014 and newer Chief, Classic, Vintage, and Dark Horse.    I used these desert tan genuine leather Indian saddlebags on my 14 Vintage until I went to large spools for a trunk, needed to change bags. I had bought them used. Bags are complete, not missing any parts, all buckle strap latches and lid snaps work fine. The left bag has what appears to be dog or cat scratches that have been touched up w dye.
